AV Production Manager

Our team is looking for 2012 for an AV Production Manager
The Production Manager is responsible for the technical planning of the event:

Your background  is technical planning and project management of AV technology. You have proficient language skills in English and ideally in an additional foreign language.

Main task of this position is the independent planning, organisation and production of corporate events and stand alone meetings ranging from 15 - 2,500 PAX.

The position requires worldwide frequent travelling.

• client contact, consultation in innovative AV solutions; staging concepts; venue branding; e-media
  
• teamwork
  
• budgeting, negotiating and ordering of equipment and management of suppliers
  
• briefing and reviewing relevant items such as set designs; intro sequences, webcasts etc.
  
• technical planning (technical specs; flow charts; CAD Drawings)
  
• development of setup schedules and running orders
  
• attending to client TC’s, face to face meetings, site visits and global events  
  
• on site event management including: supervision of event setup; client service; show calling

Following software skills are expected

• CAD advanced(AutoCAD)
  
• MS Office advanced (OUTLOOK; WORD; POWERPOINT; XLS) 
  
• Photoshop basic
